Metro Cabinets provides a comprehensive 5-year warranty on all custom-built cabinets, guaranteeing the highest quality craftsmanship in materials and workmanship.
General Terms and Conditions
Metro Cabinets guarantees the highest quality craftsmanship in our custom-built cabinets. Our cabinets are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that render them unsuitable for their intended use. This warranty is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply in cases where damages are caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, burns, stains, improper cleaning, or other negligence
- Poor maintenance, improper installation, or failure to follow guidelines
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Exposure to excessive moisture or temperatures exceeding 85°C (185°F)
- Improper storage or use beyond intended applications
- Outdoor installations or extreme environmental conditions
- Normal wear and tear, including minor color changes
- Warping of cabinet doors over 32" without reinforcement

Warranty Claims
To benefit from this warranty, present the original product(s) and proof of purchase before expiration. Metro Cabinets will determine whether to replace, repair, or credit affected products. If identical materials are unavailable, we reserve the right to use comparable substitutes.
